Making A Purchase
An automated acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address provided confirming your purchase. Please check this email and contact us immediately if there is a problem. NB: when buying goods on the internet you are entering a legally binding contract.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card payments via Stripe payment platform. We usually process transactions after 1800 on day of transaction. Magnetic Products are only available for UK mainland delivery only.
Dispatch and Delivery
Please note that orders are generally dispatched the same day if received before 0900, if received after this time they will be dispatched the following working day.
Shipping and handling charges to a UK and Eire destinations are are calculated at checkout page. Orders will be shipped for next day delivery by Parcel Force 24 hour service or DPD which will require a signature upon receipt. Courier will contact customer with delivery instructions. Any special delivery instructions added at checkout page will be instructed to the courier. Thoroughflush Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders with special instructions that are not signed for.
If your item is not in stock, we may back order for you if website permits. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back-ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase and our customer service but if you are unhappy for any reason we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation. If you have an issue with your delivery, or need to return a product or report a damaged product please call 07583063151, email us at email@example.com or use the ‘Contact Page’ on the website.
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. If a product is damaged on receipt or deemed faulty please contact us and arrangements can be made for a replacement to be sent, however you will be required to return the damaged or faulty item (please provide photo evidence of damages).
Damage Or Injury
Throughflush Ltd takes no responsibility for damage to property or injury to persons whilst using any goods purchased on this site. Instructions provided must be adhered to at all times.
All products will incur VAT at 20%.

We guarantee your satisfaction and we pride ourselves in providing the best customer service possible. However, In case of legal dispute at anytime UK law is the applicable law.
